In introducing the concluding session to this day-long workshop, the Chair explained that what the audience was about to witness was a live unscripted simulation of a hypothetical meeting of British Columbia government Deputy Ministers tasked with reviewing a draft Cabinet position on the question of  wastewater effluent (sewage) treatment in the Capital Region.

 

As the conclusion of the simulation would also mark the conclusion of the workshop, Jim Boutilier also took the opportunity to thank the audience for their attendance at the workshop and participation in the day’s events.
