The CCME represents views from across Canada.  To go back to CCME, we have to go back with a commitment to do something about sewage somehow.

 

How could we justify to all BC the proposition that we need to put all kinds of extra money into Victoria to achieve all the new possibilities with the new technological bells and whistles? There is a tendency in these discussions for advocates to push for gold-plated solutions, which may be good solutions but at what cost?

 

Nevertheless, the DM agreed that we still need to do more to see what is going to be cost-effective in light of changing circumstances.
